I took my corgi here for her first grooming & Elsa and her team were amazing! Clean and pretty space with a little room for their cat in the waiting room. They offered free refreshments and were very accommodating while waiting. Elsa took very good care of my dog & even turned her tail into a beautifully groomed heart! Elsa also let me know what issues they had during the grooming given her first time & and concerns. You can tell that this job is done with care and how much the owner loves animals!

We had our first visit to Blue Moon Pet Grooming and it couldn't have gone better! From the moment we walked in, Elsa greeted us with such warmth and kindness. She took the time to really understand what we needed, reassuring us that our furry friend was in good hands. Throughout the grooming session, Elsa kept us updated with photos, which was a thoughtful touch that really put us at ease. The shop, located conveniently at 11024 Lower Azusa Rd in El Monte, was clean and welcoming. Elsa even treated us to complimentary bottled water while we waited. It's little gestures like these that made our experience feel special. The end result was fantastic. Our pet looked amazing, and it was clear that Elsa handled him with the utmost care and professionalism. We were so impressed with the quality of service and the personal attention we received. Blue Moon Pet Grooming has definitely won us over, and we're already planning our next visit. Highly recommend for any pet owner looking for a trusted groomer!
