I’ve been taking Bella to Chris for a year now and he is so good with her! She suffers from really bad separation anxiety (poodle) but is calm with him. He is great with dogs and is AMAZING at doing haircuts. He always leaves Bella looking so cute 🥹
i don't have any bad judgements about PetCo, i enjoy taking my dog there for her grooming, she a great care taker. Ms. Julie is a fantastic person.
Groomer told me my dog needs to be shaved because of matting which I’m aware of, but she assure me it will not be too short or to the skin. Well, my dog is almost bald now when I pick him up. There is no styling whatsoever, whole body was shaved to the shortest length her clipper can get. Last time my dog’s tail still had a little ball shaped tail hair left and head was more round shaped, this time, tail got shaved as well and the head is cut to look like a square face. I could have done a better job myself. Groomer was just simply shaving from head to tail. Completely lack of styling or technique. Employee here there are nice, I think the groomer just need more training. I’m very disappointed.
The scruff is her before, and then after she was mad at me and wouldn't look at me 🤣🤣 the groomer did a great job with not just her haircut but getting to know my dog. My pup is very shy and scared of new people. The groomer did an amazing job taking her time for her to warm up! Unfortunately, that day was the groomers last. I will definitely still be returning to petco, and I hope they have the same patience for my pup next time !
Amazing team who took care of my pups. They don't get excited to see everyone but when bringing me my pups they were excited to see them at the front desk!
The grooming associates were very helpful, and were very gentle with my skittish dog. They didn’t just drag her into the back, they took the time for my dog to get used to them and then took them. With my other two pit bulls they were able to handle their excitement and jumping with ease, and really cared for their experience at the groomers.

The groomer who handled my dog was new but he was very good with my dog. Usually my dog isn't fond of strangers and groomers have a little bit of an issue taking him but this groomer was patient and very understanding.

Duque ha estado en este y otros peluqueros de Petco, pero esta era la primera vez que el peluquero decía que Duque no la dejaba cortarse el pelo. Le recomendó ir a un sitio donde usan bozales. Duque sí se bañó.
