First time and last time I am taking the dog here. My cotón de Tulear was a beautiful dog before coming to this place. When I came I specifically told the groomer NOT to trim the dog too much. When I came back it was a completely different dog, looking like a Chiwawa, with very short hair . In addition ever since the treatment one of his eyes is closed as you can see in the picture, indicating they either weren’t careful and injured his eye or debris fell into his eye because of negligence. My wife was so pissed off that she called the groomer and asked why did she cut so much of the fur. Her answer was that she had no choice because it was hard to comb it. We asked why she didn’t call us to ask us if we agree and she apologized. My feeling is this place is just to make money and no real care to our beloved animals. The dog came back traumatized and stays under the bed for the most of the day. I am considering suing this place and we will go to see a vet for the eye - if there was damage I will make sure she pays for her negligence.
The ladys are always so nice and careful with my dogs. I have two french bulldogs, they love them! Always so clean with amazing smell!! And they give advices also for keep the dogs clean. Its a amazing place if u want to bring your pet!
I was told that the price for my dog would be $75. She took more than 3 hours to groom my dog. When I went to pick my dog up, not only was my dog almost without any of his fluffy hair, she tried to extort me for $150. She then said that she would do 120 for me. I told her no. She said she would keep the dog and not give it to me until I paid her her money. I called 911 to try to get the dog back. She eventually settled for $100. The tone of her voice was just terrible to feel as a customer. I can only imagine how she treated my dog.
We used to take my lovely Jäger to a different close by groomer but after the second visit he refused to go in. That's when we found doggy day spa. We simply love them!!! We always get greeted, they always seem to be happy and very welcomed. I always call and they know who we are now. We definitely recommend this place. Thank you doggy day spa for everything you guys do for Jäger.
Didn’t have to wait for an appointment, dropped my Westie off and he was groomed really well and ready in only a couple of hours.
Was referred by a friend who took their Maltese and said they paid small dog price of $45 for a simple cut. I took my Yorkie Terrier who is slightly smaller and they gave a good cut. When it was time to charge the lady told me $75 for a medium sized dog! I might as well taken my dog back to Mr Specks playhouse where I stopped going because they raised prices too high. How is a small little Yorkie a medium sized dog? Did she think I don’t have eyes in my head? That is bad business and she’s gouging customers instead of doing the right thing. So crazy! She needs to have all her prices listed where customer can see along with visuals of what she deems small, medium & large dogs so the customer can make an informed decision before the haircut. The place has no amenities, it’s one big room with some cages and a hair cutting table. I don’t expect a lot when I have to pay less $ but I expect the owner to be honest and have some ethics when doing business. I will not be going back
They took great care of my little Jetson. Nice groomers and clean establishment. Fair pricing and fast service. She really listened to me on the type of haircut I wanted for my pup.
Ella no me escuchó y afeitó a mi perro por completo cuando le dije que solo quería el corte típico de schnauzer para mi perro. Sigue aumentando los precios y no sigue las instrucciones.
Esta tienda es mala, tienen mal servicio y los perros cogen pulgas allí, no traigan a sus perros para que no se infecten con pulgas.
El corte de pelo estuvo bien. Cuando entré, la persona en el escritorio me dijo que no le cortara el pelo a mi hijo de 6 meses, ridiculizó mi decisión de cortarme el pelo con un osito de peluche y continuó durante 2 minutos. Al final, el cuidado estuvo bien y se agradeció. Pero tal vez no lo hagas, especialmente frente a otros clientes. Actualización: este lugar está infestado de pulgas. Llevé a mi cachorro aquí dos veces. En ambas ocasiones caminamos libres de pulgas y salimos con una infestación masiva de pulgas que requirió visitas al veterinario. Hazte un favor a ti mismo y, lo más importante, a tu perro: no lleves a tu perro aquí.
La primera experiencia de hoy fue increíble, el servicio al cliente fue excelente. Volveré y les contaré a otros sobre este lugar. Y mi cachorro se ve muy lindo.
A mi amigo lo limpiaron y cortaron muy bien pero no me comunicaron el precio antes de llevárselo y me cobraron $85. Nunca me han cobrado más de 65 así que por curiosidad llamé al día siguiente para preguntar ¡Lo que cobran por cuidar a un perro pequeño y dijeron $65! Regresé y le comenté esto a la dueña y ella me dijo que mi perro no es pequeño. Supongo que el tamaño puede ser algo subjetivo, sin embargo, si buscas en Google lo que se clasifica como perro pequeño, pesa 25 libras o menos. Esa es la categoría en la que cae Hay que reconocer que me devolvieron $10, pero como no fueron sinceros con el costo ni verificaron sus registros de vacunas, no regresaré. Estoy agradecido por la lección que ambos aprendimos, ya que si bien deberían haberme dicho el costo, también podría haberlo preguntado y estaré atento a hacerlo en el futuro.

INCREÍBLE servicio. Una verdadera bendición. Cariñoso, minucioso, nada era demasiado. Christina pudo sacar una bolsa entera de pulgas y transformar a este cachorro en un feliz STUD.
Por favor, no lleves a tu perro aquí. El dueño cortó a mi perro mientras lo arreglaba aquí y no me piden registros de vacunación. El pelo de mi perro siempre está demasiado corto y mi perro también contrajo pulgas cuando vino aquí.
¡Me encanta este lugar! Y mis perros siempre regresan a casa luciendo lindos. Han tenido experiencias bastante traumáticas en la peluquería antes de este lugar y regresaban a casa con cortes de pelo realmente malos. ¡Ahora es como un paseo por el parque y siempre tienen excelentes cortes de pelo! Lo único es que son un poco más caros que otros peluqueros, ¡pero obtienes lo que pagas! ¡Valen la pena el pequeño costo adicional en tranquilidad y calidad!

Probé hoy en este lugar de peluquería, mi perro tiene doble pelaje e hicieron un gran trabajo con su pelaje, era muy suave y su corte estaba súper bien hecho.
¡Mi perro se ve tan lindo! Llevé a mi perro por primera vez, la señora hace un corte muy bonito y detallado. Mi perro ahora podría ser un modelo de pasarela para perros, ¡le encantó!

Están ubicados en mi vecindario, lo que lo hace conveniente. Hemos llevado a nuestro perro allí 3 veces. La primera vez no estábamos contentos. Las otras veces sí mostraron mejoría... Volveré otra vez... Solo creo que deberían tomarse más tiempo para cortar y dar mejores baños.
¡Recomiendo encarecidamente usar este spa para perros! Proporcionan un servicio muy profesional y son excelentes en lo que hacen. ¡Pudieron ayudarme incluso desde FLORIDA!
