If this place could be rated at 0 stars I would. I am not the type of person to write negative reviews because I understand that for business owners, it is imperative to have good reviews. I took my 8 year old Yorkie to be groomed. Never had issues with him being vicious or aggressive or anything of that nature at other groomers or vets. I dropped off my pet and about 30 min after, the owner texted me that “hi ! Charlie is trying to bite me while I cut his toenails and he keeps peeing on the grooming table a little bit. I can't do it. I can't groom Chorlie. Please come picke up and pay 10 bucks.” “I asked you if the chorlie bites, but you said that the chorlie doesn't bite. Now my grooming table is a mess of urine and my clothes are also dirty with urine. I won't groom the chorlie anymore.” I replied with me heading down there to see what was the issue since this was very odd conduct reported by my dog since no other groomers have reported attitude like this. Upon me arriving, the owner was very very rude and kept saying that because he peed, that she couldn’t do it. Keep in mind, for any dog, cutting nails is not comfortable and specially by someone who he does not know. When I told the owner I was even willing to help her by calming my dog down while she did her work (to verify her claims as well) she straight up told me to leave and to pay her 10 bucks. Further, I even offered to help her groom my dog (even if I am paying her) and she declined but still demanded for me to pay $10. She gave me back my dog full of pee, and making threats. She could have easily still showered him and told me after that she was unable to cut his nails due to him being uncomfortable but still was very rude all the way through. Please do not take your dog to this groomer. With the slightest difficulty the owner will decline to perform services and kick you out of her business along with giving you back your dog dirty. Terrible service and even did not mind me leaving a bad review so here it is.
I took my dog to this pet grooming salon, and the Korean lady who bathed and groomed him was absolutely wonderful! Unlike other groomers I’ve visited, like Petco, who often lack patience and leave my dog feeling anxious, this Korean lady was incredibly gentle and patient. She’s the only one he’s ever allowed to trim his nails without a fuss, which is a huge relief for me. Additionally, her grooming skills are top-notch; she styled his fur perfectly, especially his tail area! I couldn’t be happier. My dog didn’t want to leave the salon when I came to pick him up. Plus, the Korean lady even gave him a complimentary pack of treats. Highly recommend!
Took our 2 dogs here for the first time and it turned out to be the right choice. The owner is nice and great at her job. Will be coming here now as a regular and would recommend all family and friends as well.👍👍
First and foremost I will say, this is the best groomer I’ve had for my dog! Consultation was so easy and quick. I told her exactly what I wanted for my dog and she delivered! It was my first time making an appointment with the groomer after getting a recommendation. She did an initial consultation before spending ample time grooming my dog. She listened to what type of style I would like which is something that I really appreciate. If you want a dog groomer, who is caring, listens well, and quick to respond for making an appointment, I would recommend this business! We will be returning soon🐶☺️

¡Fueron el mejor lugar al que he llevado a mi perro! Tengo una pequeña Shitzu hembra con problemas de piel y la dueña fue cariñosa, atenta y la trató de la mejor manera posible. Un excelente lugar para llevar a su mascota a lavarse las uñas, cortarle las uñas y cualquier otra cosa que su mascota necesite. La tienda está extremadamente limpia y ordenada. A mi perro Candy le gusta ir allí, el dueño es muy amigable e interactúa con Candy. También hay una buena selección de golosinas para mi pequeña que le encantan. Hay estacionamiento en la calle en la parte trasera, lo cual es muy conveniente y se lo recomendaría a cualquiera. Siento que los precios son muy competitivos y el trato que le dan a tu pequeño peludo es cariñoso. He estado allí varias veces desde que abrieron las tiendas y continuaré llevando a mi pequeña allí nuevamente. Recomiendo este lugar a cualquiera que tenga un bebé peludo.

Espacio limpio, propietario amable, servicio rápido y profesional. Siempre es difícil mantener a mis gatos lo suficientemente quietos como para recortarles las garras y finalmente fui a buscar ayuda. ¡Me alegro mucho de haberlo hecho! Dragon en Gaecheon hizo un trabajo rápido, asequible y de calidad. Exactamente lo que necesitaba para guardar la tapicería de mi sofá.
Llevé a mi perro Diego a acicalarlo. Mi perro, que es muy sagrado con las personas, se sintió muy cómodo con el peluquero. El peluquero fue muy amable, paciente y comunicativo. ¡No siempre voy a acudir a esta peluquera por lo confiada que es!

¡Puddles estaba muy feliz con su corte de pelo! Ahora es el perro más lindo de la cuadra.
Llegué hoy a mi cita a las 4:00 pm, muy emocionada por mi primera cita con Yorkie, de la cual le informé por teléfono y Ella todavía insistía en traerlo. Llegamos, me dice que llene un formulario e inmediatamente me dice que mi perro es pequeño/joven y que tendrá que dejarlo calvo. Emmm que? Le pregunté si podía dejarse un poco de pelo y luego dijo, es demasiado joven, es demasiado peligroso, les recuerdo que pronto cumplirá seis meses, ¡los yorkies son pequeños! Luego se mostró completamente desdeñosa por la forma en que me hizo perder el tiempo hoy. Parecía tener miedo de acicalar al perro, lo cual no es una buena señal. YO NO IRÍA AQUÍ. Y el estacionamiento es terrible. Así que no solo perdí el tiempo y no pude reservar en ningún otro lugar debido a la cita tardía, ¡sino que el estacionamiento apesta! Ah, sí, y prepárate para quedarte allí con tu animal, ¡el dueño que estaba terminando la estaba ayudando con el servicio!
