I wish I lived near you, unfortunately I live in Pennsylvania. I have a ShihTzu also and he is the love of my life. I love how good you are with the pets. I’d definitely bring my dog Hunter, to you if I lived near you. I wouldn't even ask the price, which I see some people comment about, because Hunter is my baby( he's 2 1/2 year's old). I'm far from having alot of money, but I would and did, the same for my son and Hunter is definitely my fur baby. I'm 70 year's old and he is by my side or on my lap all the time, and I would do anything for him. You can't take your money with you so I'm going to spoil him as long as I can. As a dog guardian of a rescue pup with numerous medical and many physical and emotional stresses from her previous life, I cannot tell you the relief and pure joy I have sending my girl to JRG. My pup has overcome so much, and to know that she literally paws at the door to go INTO the salon and see her friends and get a day of beauty is something I could have never imagined when she first came to me. Not only do they make her look gorgeous and smell amazing - I'm not kidding, it's intoxicating - but she has gained so much confidence being there because they take their time and don't push if she gets overwhelmed. I once took her to a local dog groomers and let them know of her eye injury, and she came back with a scratch to her cornea, which led to two vet appointments and a round of eye medicine... so the money I "saved" was eaten up by the vet care. The money I spend on her grooming at JRG is not just for an amazing groom from tip to tail, but it's for peace of mind that this little doggie is in excellent hands. 10/10, no notes, will always recommend.
I absolutely adore everyone who works at Jess Rona Grooming! My dog has been going there since he was 6 months old, and he has blossomed so much and always leaves there smelling so good. He has no right to smell that good, frankly. He smells better than most people. They always add cute touches like a collar or bow and it’s been nice to have a solid hygiene routine for him by world class dog groomers. The vibes are excellent and I recommend the salon to every single pet owner I know. Run don’t walk!!! 🐾
Truly the best there is. Your dog will be pampered and taken care of with love and attention. The way they smell after going there is so yummy and delish. Yes it can be on the pricier side but it's truly worth it and you get what you pay for. I had a poodle terrier mix and no one does the grooming and haircuts like them. And they're very gentle and caring with shyer dogs. Our new pup is a bit more full of energy and crazy and they are great with him too!
The entire experience at JRG is unlike any other groomer l have ever experienced. From the blueberry facials to the Hollywood style blow out. Jess and the entire JRG team are the true glam squad for your fur baby. I have brought all my pups to her and they look stunning every time we leave the salon.
10/10! Highly recommend taking your furdrens here! 😍 Super cute space inside and out. Everyone is so friendly and the energy is so zen and perfect. My little 14.5 year old toy poodle left Jess Rona's CALM and super duper adorable! Rachel groomed my little one and I cannot express how she has made my 14.5 year old look like a cute teddy bear! Rachel had such a calm and sweet energy, she explained what she did and how my little one reacted during the session. It was so informative and you can tell everyone there takes care of each fur baby like it is their own! Rachel is AMAZING! But also, shout-out to the bathers/groomers who did an excellent job tagging teaming as well! She smells so amazing and her coat has never felt so soft and poofy! 💯 I cannot wait to bring back my little Daisy girl!
There is no word I can use for Jess Rona & her team except perfection. The level of care and love they all share with the dogs they work with is just amazing. I have experienced it all here in LA and with two poodle mixes, I will gladly drive literally across the city (twice in a day!) to bring my beloved dogs to Jess & her team. I know my dogs love the team just as much as I do because they are actually excited to arrive here, rather than the usual cowering when they so much as walk past a grooming van in our neighbourhood. Now, we turn heads as people comment on the pink tail!💕 I can’t recommend highly enough ♥️🐾
Jess Rona and her team deliver 110/100 every..single...time. Even weeks after her groom, my baby Stella, looks incredible and her hair grows in so beautifully, that even though her hair is long, she looks so cute and not haggard. I've been bringing Stella to Jess for over a year now and every single time she and her team are timely, professional, and haven't disappointed a single time. Their customer service is top notch, for human and pup. The advice and tips Jess has offered to keep Stella looking immaculate is priceless. Bailey is just the best and so helpful always. Since Stella is turning 15, I know my senior pup is being handled with the utmost care and precision each and every single time. She is not experiencing undo stress like other dogs do at other grooming facilities, and I am not experiencing stress worried that my baby is unnecessarily stressed. The way Stella looks is worth every single penny each time.

Nuestros perros se hicieron un lío y salieron como peluches de pana. Todo el equipo ha sido fantástico y amable... los perros corren de mis brazos a los de ellos, así que sé que tienen un día maravilloso. Uno de nuestros perros mayores tiene problemas de piel y Jess ha mezclado elixires mágicos varias veces que han marcado la diferencia. No iríamos a ningún otro lugar.
Vimos a Christine e hizo un trabajo maravilloso con mi maltés. El ambiente es genial y la calidad del trabajo es fantástica.
¡Qué gran equipo! Trajimos a nuestra cachorrita rescatada Olive aquí e hicieron un gran trabajo. Estaba nerviosa e inquieta con su peluquero anterior, pero cuando la dejamos con Jess y su equipo se sintió muy cómoda. Con diferencia, el mejor salón de mascotas de Los Ángeles. Mi pequeño y ansioso chico se sintió como en casa aquí. Llegó a casa limpio, feliz y relajado. Recomiendo ampliamente a Jess Rona Grooming y a su personal. Son profesionales de mascotas altamente capacitados y capacitados.
Excelentes peluqueros que se toman su tiempo con cada perro y el precio (~$400 por un perro de 47 lb) lo refleja. Básicamente, estoy decepcionado con la forma en que nos dejaron (todo a través de mensajes de texto) y cómo lo comunicaron. Me pregunto si ella solo quiere cuidar a los perros de celebridades e influencers o tal vez quiere comenzar a enseñar más. Ella recomendó a otros peluqueros, pero o estaban demasiado lejos de mí o tampoco estaban disponibles para nuevos clientes, así que ahora he vuelto a intentar encontrar un peluquero.

Este es literalmente el mejor y más lindo que jamás haya visto un perro. 100% vale el precio. Nunca llevaré a mi perro a ningún otro lugar. Y Jess y su equipo son muy amables y el ambiente es genial para todos los doggos allí.
Simplemente, Rachel y Bailey siempre tratan a mi perro como si fuera parte de su familia. ¡Siempre sale con un corte de pelo perfecto y siempre es un cachorro feliz y guapo! La tienda es realmente linda. Los novios son caros en comparación con los peluqueros sin experiencia, pero valen la pena al 1000%. El equipo de JRG cuida muy bien a mi perro y sus novios duran incluso cuando crece un poco; en mi opinión, valen la pena.
