Jasmine and Richard are a kind duo that takes care of both of my dogs. Booking and communication is all done clearly via text message. I am always pleased with the way Jasmine grooms and styles them based on the direction I share. And the dogs always leave their studio happy! I highly recommend ReJoys.

I recently took my dog, Max, to Rejoy's Pet Grooming for the first time and I was blown away by the experience. Jasmine and her husband Richie are so loving and caring towards animals, and it was clear that they truly love what they do. I was particularly impressed with how gentle they were with Max. Our previous groomer was quite aggressive with him, to the point where he would tuck his tail and be visibly anxious when we went near the grooming area. However, with Rejoy, Max was completely relaxed and even seemed to be excited to be there. Jasmine and Richie took the time to get to know Max and to make sure that he was comfortable. They also asked me about his preferences, such as how he likes his hair cut and whether he has any allergies. I also appreciated how good Rejoy's is at communicating. They sent me before and after photos of Max, so I could see how he was doing. They also kept me updated on his progress throughout the grooming process. I can tell that Jasmine and Richie truly love animals. They are passionate about their work and it shows. I am confident that they will take great care of your pet. I will definitely be going back to Rejoy's and I will be referring all of my pet-owning friends to them. Here are some specific examples of how Rejoy's has gone above and beyond for me: When I arrived at Rejoy's, Max was visibly anxious. Jasmine took the time to sit down with him and talk to him in a calm voice. When I picked up Max, he was clean, well-groomed, and even seemed to be happy. I was so impressed with how good he looked and how relaxed he was. Overall, I am very happy with the services that I have received from Rejoy's Pet Grooming. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a caring and professional pet groomer.

I love this place and these people! Jazmine and her husband are the sweetest and most kind hearted people I know. They have been grooming all my dogs, from my departed Toni and Alih to my present doggie, William Wallace. They really clean the doggies well and are very precise with the haircuts as long as you know how to give good instructions. They have a 100% success rate for me. Even Wallace knows how good he looks. He has been strutting around with his new haircut like a doggie model. The price is fair for what you get, wash, cut, nails, glands, ears, etc. I mean, I have gone elsewhere closer to home and they always mess up something major, like cutting off all my doggies hair to the skin…weird. I’m so glad that Jazmine and her husband are still open after the pandemic and I am able to keep the tradition going with Wallace. The best part is that he wasn’t freaked out after and was happy. This lets me know that they were caring and gentle with him while grooming. He didn’t run out like he did elsewhere, he strolled over happily. This is a highly recommended place for grooming. Be aware that the owners are partially deaf so you need to text your grooming instructions and to make your appointment for easier communication. This is a texting society anyway so it’s a smooth process. If I could give more stars, I would.

Jasmine is amazing, a true miraclw worker. I have been going here for years. I have three dogs. I would think of no other place in LA to take them to! She is thorough and patient.

Unhappy with the service. I asked for my dog not to be completely shaved, but only shaved where necessary. I picked up my pup and he was shaved down to the skin. I also said don't touch the tail and the tail was cut. My dog was licking himself for a few days and I saw he had a bad cut and she didn't tell me she cut him accidently . No matter how much you text what you want, don't expect her to listen. I am extremely upset with his cut and I will not go back

My dog had a very ugly haircut from the previous groomer on Sunset Blvd. His hair was uneven and his nails were not trimmed properly. That’s the time i decided to search for other groomer. First, i was not really sure about this place but since it had good reviews on Yelp so i finally made appointment through text message with the owner, Jasmine, and thank God there was availability 2 days later. I brought my dog to the store, she even let me to go inside and saw it myself how she did groom those dogs. In the evening, when i picked up my dog he looked so cute and happy. I was very satisfied with the result and i wish i knew earlier about this place. Jasmine is one of the best pet groomers in LA and i definitely will come back for my dog’s next haircut.

I have been using this dog grooming service for about a year now and I am very pleased with them. I had to switch out of my old groomers because they just weren't doing as good as a job due to new staff members so I had to cut them off. The first time that I came here I was really pleased with the results and being the overprotective mommy to my dog that I am, I actually stayed to watch and they were so gentle with her and I really liked that. She always comes out looking so adorable and I get a lot of compliments on her. Plus the price is really good. I definitely recommend this place to all.
