Just been to have my rescue fur baby have her nails cut. I have never seen such happy,calm dogs in there. The manager has done a great job on my girl ,as you know ,black nails are hard to cut. She fitted me in last minute which was a bonus. I had forgotten my debit card when I got there and she allowed me to go home and get it. Great little groomers !!!! Lovely people , and a lovely place. Thank you FLUFF AND BUFF. Highly recommend 👌. I will be back soon.
Just amazing. I haven’t taken my dog to the groomers for years as he’s a lab but I wanted to treat him and also get his teeth cleaned. So I booked in by message for a full groom, deshed, nail clip and teeth cleaning. The price was very reasonable and the service when I arrived was amazing. Helena was so lovely to my boy and he clearly seemed very relaxed as he didn’t pine for me when I left! When I picked him up he looked and smelt gorgeous and his teeth looked miles better, the bow on his collar was a lovely touch too. I’m now going to bring Bentley here regularly for a treat groom a few times a year and also bring my cat for his nails to be clipped. Thanks Helena and team from one very happy dog owner ❤️
My Chihuahua cross Frenchie is so timid to have his nails trimmed and today I took him to Fluff and Buff. The team were so friendly and brilliant, he had his nails trimmed without any stress or anxiety, so pleased to have found Fluff and Buff and would recommend them 100% to any pooch and owner Thankyou 🥰
Took our white Miniature Schnauzer here for the first time today after not being able to get in at our usual groomers. She came out smelling and looking fabulous!! Shes a very happy girl now after her fresh trim, and has even been given a little bow. Highly recommend Fluff & Buff. Clean, tidy and easy to get to, lovely customer service too :).
La última vez que mi perro vino aquí, el peluquero le cortó la oreja y dijo que mi perro se la había pillado con la pata. ¡Totalmente inventado! En la visita anterior, el peluquero atrapó sus partes íntimas y le provocó dolor durante casi una semana. Básicamente, ¡mi perro nunca volverá a este lugar! Sólo vine aquí porque es más barato pero no vale la pena si sigue lastimando a mi perro, ¡prefiero pagar más por un mejor servicio!

La primera vez que utilizamos a esta señora fue excelente con nuestro francés. Al principio no estaba seguro, pero finalmente siguió adelante. Helena y el personal son todos de primera clase. Qué experiencia tan fantástica y profesional. El personal fue amable y no pudo hacer más para ayudar. Llevo a mi border collie a lavarlo, secarlo, arreglarlo y arreglarlo. Mi perro puede estar nervioso por conocer gente nueva, pero la encantadora dama se tomó su tiempo con ella y al final mi perro la amaba. He estado un par de veces y siempre salgo sonriendo. Acabo de llegar a casa con mi hermoso cocker Albie. Helena es increíble con mi chico nervioso. Cada vez que Albie ha estado aquí, lo cuidan bien y regresa a casa luciendo increíble. He estado anteriormente en otros peluqueros, pero ahora no iría a ningún otro lugar. Lo recomendaría mucho ya que tanto Albie como yo estamos muy contentos con su visita Sam
