Our passion is take care of pets as our children, because them were the reason we became groomers. We want to provide comfort and well-being while they are in our hands. The couple who owns AUQMIA are fantastic. I just moved to Redwood City and have a puppy and a geriatric (16yo). And they took great care of both of them. My 16yo has had to stop cuts last 2 times bc of her lack of cooperation. But they were so gentle, she did great!! Quick too!
Yoli always is so professional with my little old Frida 😍 She always does a excellent job with her.
This is the second dog that Auqmia has cared for. Our other dog who passed away had cancer and an obvious tumor on his nose and mouth. Yoly was so kind to keep grooming him and make him so relaxed. He passed 2 years ago. When we got our new puppy, there was no question that they would take care of her as well.

Cut my dog's paw. He was licking it for several days out of discomfort. It was a difficult place to bandage and the cut was fairly deep. He has gotten groomed by the same people not just 4-6 weeks prior. We started with them because we heard good reviews from our neighbor, however after this happened, we realized our neighbor had also just experienced something similar with their dog. Hopefully this review will be a reminder to pay closer attention.
I'm so happy my vet referred me to AUQMIA! I have a prissy, skittish diva cat (4-5lbs, 8 months)(Nadia). She has medium length hair, but we have the worst time with her sanitary region getting things stuck to her bum. She will let me do light cleaning but otherwise won't let me touch her. I was super concerned with her getting groomed (with her personality), but AUQMIA was very responsive & made me feel at ease. I booked a Feline Bath w/Sanitary Trim. On the day of my appt. Marcello let me know his ETA, which I appreciated so I could have Nadia ready to go (fed, litterbox, a little play sesh so she would hopefully be tired!). Something special to note if you have a fussy baby: they will bring their own carrier for your pet (not sure if this is due to Covid/Sanitizing). Nadia is really attached to her carrier so she didn't really like getting in a new one. I loved how Marcello was so happy to meet Nadia, it made me feel confident that my girl was going to be cared for like she was his own! About 40 Minutes into Nadia's pamper sesh, Marcello reached out and let me know Nadia needed to be De-Shed, and asked if I wanted the service done or not (I chose Yes!). Overall, Nadia's session lasted about 2 hours. She came out smelling AMAZING (scented), her coat looked so much better after de-shedding, and so did my house since her shedding was dramatically reduced. The nail clipping was very short (which I appreciate as Nadia rules me and won't let me clip her) , and has lasted for about 2.5 weeks now. Best of all, my Nadia got an attitude adjustment and was so much sweeter after her grooming lol Loved the Photos Marcello sent me after of Nadia getting a bath and he even put a cute little bowtie on her! I couldn't be happier, and they gave the most competitive pricing of all the other groomers I researched. Notes: *I wish my sanitary trim would of been shaved down more, but I should of been more clear on that. ** Accepts Venmo payments!!!! ** its best to have a flat area for the vehicle to park! I had cleared my driveway for the van, but it had too much of a slope! **If you have another cat, prepare to possibly have a week-long feud with the cat who did NOT get groomed, as your groomed cat will NOT smell the same (it took a full 7 days for my non-groomed cat to stop hissing/growling at Nadia) I would recommend getting your multiple cats groomed (if its financially possible). I just wish someone would of told me this!
I had my 18 week old puppy groomed today by AUQMIA and I am very pleased with the outcome. I loved the ease of scheduling on-line and the communication channels that they took when reaching out to me. It was a seamless process overall. Apart from the extremely customer focused experience, the most important part was how they handled my puppy. His haircut and grooming services came out amazing. They handled him with care and he ran right up to them and cuddled into their arms when they arrived. When I came outside to get him, they had taken him to the bathroom and walked him around the block. I am very pleased with how well his grooming turned out. I would definitely recommend!
Yolanda is amazing!!! She did such a great job with my two rescue kitties who have never had a bath before. She is so good with animals and they both came out looking so healthy and happy! I highly recommend her!!!

Grandes y experimentados profesionales. Tanto Marcelo como Iolanda son muy confiables y experimentados. Soy un cliente muy satisfecho y los recomiendo sin dudar para que cuiden a sus mascotas.
Personal atento y gran servicio. Tenemos un gato de pelo largo y pelaje grueso y rizado, por lo que nos cuesta ver cómo está su piel. Cuando el peluquero comenzó a recortarlo, notó que tenía sarpullido en algunos lugares. Ella se mantuvo en contacto conmigo enviándome mensajes y fotos por mensaje de texto mientras trabajaba cuidadosamente en el abrigo, cuidándolo mucho. Pronto volveremos a utilizar AUQMIA.
¡Recomiendo ampliamente a Marcello! Cuidó mi Goldendoodle de tamaño estándar e hizo un gran trabajo. Fue muy receptivo y profesional al programar la programación. Envió un mensaje de texto con fotos de mi perro siendo acicalado durante la cita. Incluso notó que tenía una infección de oído y me lo hizo saber.

Realmente contento con nuestro servicio, a nuestro perro le encanta el peluquero, siempre mueve la cola y está muy emocionado de recibir un baño fresco y mimarse. Realmente recomiendo esta empresa a cualquiera que busque una peluquería canina móvil. Tener una compañía increíble para salir a cuidar a nuestros perros y tener movilidad realmente nos facilita el cuidado de los perros. Auqmiapetsalon hace que la vida de nuestras mascotas sea mucho mejor. Debo decir que este es uno de los mejores salones móviles para mascotas, así que he visto hasta ahora y son los pocos que he contratado.
Las uñas de mis gatos habían crecido demasiado y nuestro veterinario no está haciendo citas técnicas en este momento porque no tiene suficiente personal (gracias, COVID). El peluquero del hotel para gatos local acaba de echarla y no está acicalándola en este momento. Los otros dos veterinarios de la ciudad no tuvieron vacantes durante tres o cuatro semanas, y mi esposo y yo estábamos realmente preocupados de que nuestros gatos se lastimaran. Desesperada, llamé a AU-Q-MIA y me consiguieron una cita para el día siguiente. Marcello apareció cuando se lo prometió y fue cuidadoso y gentil con mis gatos, quienes son rescatados y, en consecuencia, muy nerviosos. Marcello es excelente manejando gatos ansiosos Y dueños ansiosos (risas). La camioneta está limpia y tiene todas las herramientas que necesitan los peluqueros. Es realmente conveniente poder pagar con Venmo y reservar por mensaje de texto. Fue maravilloso no tener que transportar a mis gatos por toda la Península para buscar atención. Todavía prefiero llevar a mis gatos a la clínica para gatos muy tranquila donde todo el personal los conoce y conoce sus peculiaridades, pero AU-Q-MIA nos sacó de un apuro y definitivamente los usaría nuevamente. ¡Muchas gracias!

Mi primer corte de pelo de goldendoodles a los 8,5 meses. Yoli fue muy paciente y amable. Ella me permitió estar con mi perro tanto como sentí que lo necesitaba. Le dio un nuevo y desafiante corte de león que era diferente a los que había hecho antes. Ella lo tomó como una campeona y estuvo increíble. Llamó para decirme su hora de llegada. Definitivamente volveré a utilizar sus servicios.
Marcello hizo un trabajo increíble cuidando a nuestros viejos perros ciegos/sordos. ¡Son tan suaves, adorables y huelen muy bien! Ellos también regresaron felices y pavoneándose por la casa luciendo sus nuevos cortes de pelo. ¡¡¡Hurra!!!
