I went to this shop today to get my dogs very long nails clipped and Dremeled, I let them know before hand that the nails were very long. they started by picking my dog up by her collar and one arm under her stomach and I immediately told them that I was not okay with that because you should NEVER lift a dog by the collar. The man doing her nails never once tried to comfort her or let her know that it was safe which I have never seen before he just began snatching at her paws for the trim even though she was clearly very scared of him. He then cut her quicks… and then put quick clot on he bleeding paws and when I said something the woman behind the counter went to check and said “no blood he just did it as a precaution” why would he put it on one paw as a precaution.. she was super uncomfortable the whole time and has never reacted this badly to a nail trim in the last 8 years. This place is unprofessional and nothing like the K9 club despite having the same owner. Do better for your dogs than I did with this mistake.
This company has done a good job with our dog, I'm pleased with the haircut and shampoo that he got as well as the nail trim and teeth brushing. You can select whatever services you would like. The staff is friendly and tries to make sure that you are satisfied before you check out.
Alejandra is very helpful on answering all of my questions and is always so helpful. Scheduling is always easy and quick! We have a standard poodle who is nervous but they always do a great job with him!!! Thank groovy tails team for the love and care you guys give Turbo!

Even though this place is new, I've been sticking with this team of groomers no matter where they move. I've always been happy with their services. When I take my dogs to them, they stay smelling clean for a longer time. It could be because of how they do things and the good products they use. Both my young and old dogs always come back with great haircuts. I really suggest giving them a try.

Groovy Tails ha sido lo mejor con nuestros bebés peludos. Hemos probado varios lugares y son, con diferencia, los mejores. Son el lugar más limpio con un olor a limpio cuando entras. El personal es maravilloso, siempre muy dulce y les encanta entablar una relación con usted y sus bebés. Tenemos un goldendoodle que solíamos llevar a otra parte y siempre lo afeitaban y odiaba que Groovy Tails se tomara su tiempo y lo cepillara muy bien con un lindo corte cada vez. Nuestro francés también huele increíble y sus uñas y orejas siempre están limpias y cortadas junto con sus dientes luciendo bien, en otro lugar le cortaban las uñas tan cortas que sangraban y decían que así son sus uñas, algo que nunca he tenido. ese problema aquí. Mis hijos solían ponerse tristes cuando los dejaban, y cuando los dejamos en Groovy Tails, se emocionan, lo que alegra mi corazón. Los recomiendo 100%.
¡Me encanta este lugar! ¡Son maravillosos con mi perro! Puede ser difícil de manejar y hemos estado allí dos veces hasta ahora y ¡la tratan de maravilla! Ella es tan bonita cuando termina.
Falta de aparcamiento, falta de comunicación. Los servicios prestados a mi perro no estuvieron a la altura de sus precios. Es mejor que utilices un peluquero móvil o te dirijas a Woof Gang.
