I really like this place and the groomers. They always do a great job with my Corky! They’re always pretty quick as well!

I have been coming for a year now and greatly recommend this groomer. Has great communication and knows exactly what cut I want for my pup.

The lady is very friendly, she always does an excellent job. The place is super clean And you wil feel comfortable knowing your dog will be treated fine. I love this place, highly recommend it

I called this place because it was close to my house and I like to support small businesses. I got a fairly quick appointment. I took my shiz tsu in. It had been 2 months since her last cut. I was told she had lots of tangles which she usually does when I take her in. The cost was double the price compared to the 3 places I've visited in the past with the same hair condition. I agreed to the price only because the date and time were very convenient for me, but I don't think I will be returning. The cut on her body was very short, still looked cute, tail was cute, ears were cute, but her facial hair was left uneven.

It was my first time going to Prissy Pooch. Candace was nice. I like that she goes by appointments and the dogs don't have to wait a long time in the cage. My babies had another groomer for many years but I moved to San Antonio and needed a new groomer. They liked Candace and we will go back to see her.

Took it to consideration to try this place since it had decent reviews and good pricing but had a horrible experience. I requested a spa for my dog which is suppose to include grooming, nails, ear cleaning and a bath. My dog came home with bald spots, a bleeding nail, NOR did it look like they took her a bath because there was still a bit of dirt on her paws. Not to mention I dropped my dog off at 10:30am and was informed it would take 2 hours to get everything done but got a phone call rushing me to pick up my dog because the girl was ready to close and leave around 12:30pm when the place specially says they close at 4pm on Wednesdays even though I was already on my way to pick my pup. When I arrived to pick up my dog to pay with credit card, the girl told me last minute they only take cash or check. I offered to go and get the cash from my bank but her response was "I'm ready to go." Well??? Since she was ready to go my first response was to give the cash to them tomorrow in exchange for an I.D or at least to have the opportunity to get the cash from my bank. Everything was just unprofessional. I'm not upset about her attitude or getting the cash from my bank but the result of my pup. Never again will I go back to this place, and I thought to take it into consideration to let others know to be careful.

Talk about WOW, Candace is a dog lovers dream. I've had plenty of groomers in my years of owning dogs. But none of them and I mean none of them compare to Prissy Pooch. After years of trying to find a reasonably priced, conveniently located, and extremely fast groomer, there, in my opinion, is none better. Candace has your pet for about an hour, unless you request the spa. My dogs love it, I am more than satisfied with the quality of her work. My dogs look like they should be on the red carpet at the Oscars. I have recommended many of my friends to Prissy Pooch and I highly suggest you to become one of her clients, because I know her appointments will be hard to come by soon. This is the place.......
