Pretty Pooch is a wrong name! Am writing cause my wife and I just experienced a bad hair cut for our Maltipoo they don’t deserve the rights to the word Groomer or Grooming, my Wife specifically told the person that was going to do her hair that person gave our OUR Dog a bad very bad shave there was no mention of a shave OUR Maltipoo had a beautiful full curly hair just needed to be Trimmed some yes Trimmed they said yes no problem I can do it, we’ll bad very bad they shave her down. pls don’t take your precious dog over there they will cut the way they want to we never received a call before cutting her hair with a shave, our dog to be shave down never, I would had given a zero star if there was. 00000 no professional staff there. Wife called talk to may something like that she gave all excuses then she hangs up on my wife if you all knew my wife she is a very respectful person And we are never going back………………

I love the staff at Pretty Pooch. I’ve been bringing my fur baby, Marley for a while now and just recently started bringing my other fur baby (I just rescued her). There is no one else I trust with my babies. I’m very over protective of them but I know they’re in good hands here. They look forward to their grooming appointments.

Staff grooms Max so perfect and are always polite with customers, and they enjoy keeping my poodle all day to play and interact with other pets before I pick him up. Love Pretty Pooch!!

I will never take my boys to another groomer! Pretty Pooch is the Best grooming and boarding facility I could have found for them! Lindsay and Zade are the absolute sweetest ladies and they treated my boys like family while they were boarded ❤️

I've been bringing my 8 lb Maltipoo to Pretty Pooch for boarding for a couple of years now. Overall, the staff is nice. However, my most recent experience has resulted in my decision not to bring him back to Pretty Pooch, and has triggered me to write this review. It seems there is something in their contract, which I can't even remember signing (and it certainly isn't posted on their website....oh wait... they don't have a website, which tells you a lot), that says there is a "$10 bite fee," which they charged me the last time I picked up my dog. They said my 8 lb vicious Maltipoo bit a technician (during boarding, mind you); and therefore they were exercising their right to charge me this fee. I told them the only thing that $10 fee did is lose a customer forever (which I was planning to spend a lot more than $10 in boarding fees in the coming years). Hopefully this review will cause pause for those considering doing business with Pretty Pooch. Dogs are their business and they should expect these incidents. I have no control over what my dog does in certain situations. For all I know my dog could have been treated poorly during his stay. If the owner can run her business more reasonably (e.g., creating a website and eliminating the ridiculous bite fee) I will gladly change my review and rating.

Truly appreciate the persona touch the staff has for our slobbery bull mastiffs! We regularly visit for nail trims and the staff is incredibly patient and meticulous when it comes to grooming their paws. Many thanks!

Pretty Pooch is such a wonderful place to get your dogs groomed! I will not be going anywhere else for my dogs grooming needs. My dog always looks so pretty and smells wonderful for several weeks. Her coat will be soft for several weeks too, even for a terrier. Everyone is so friendly and they treat my dog with so much love. Pretty Pooch also offers boarding. I have boarded my dog several weekends and they are reasonably priced. Thank you Pretty Pooch! 🐾

I've been taking my dog here for the last 3 years. They do a great job with his grooming. He smells so good and it lasts for awhile. The ladies know him by name and they treat him like he was their own. Not only do I bring him there for grooming but I have also used them for boarding him when I go on vacation. I can honestly say that I don't worry about whether is doing well while we are away because I have the utmost confidence with him being in their care. They never pressure me into buying products or other services. They are always friendly and are very attentive. It's nice to have such a well run establishment right down the street that I can take my dog. Great job ladies!!!!
