Great dog grooming! Professional, patient, and does a great grooming. Will be scheduling with them next appointment.
Good reviews but as a first time caller, I hung up before getting a hold of anyone because it doesn’t appear they are really interested in new clients. The message effectively comes across as : “if you haven’t been here before please don’t bother us”. Guess I’ll look elsewhere! Update based on reply: I called other groomers who were happy to take my call and answer my questions and fit me into their schedule. The problem is the way you have orchestrated your answering service is does not make people WANT to come to you for service. As other reviews mention, maybe you should consider the feedback is not for “no reason”. Even your website it says “we don’t check email often”. My review is based on initial customer impressions based on customer facing communication and not on the actual services rendered.
I brought my nervous akita here with really overgrown nails, and saw that (at least during covid) they are appointment only. So I was navigating through the phone menu, when one of the groomers (I think she said her name was Lauren) came out and asked what we needed. We made an appointment for standard grooming on Tuesday, but she took care of her nails right on the spot. They took great care of my big-hearted chicken and put her at ease.
Love Kitten Capoodle! Lauren does a super job on my little guy. Finny always come home with a great haircut and smells wonderful. He has fun playing with others and I like that he isn't sitting in a cage for hours waiting his turn. Everyone there is very caring. Thank you.
These ladies are super friendly and gentle with my pup. My dog is very anxious around new people and dogs but they were very professional and made my dog feel comfortable. They do great work and keep my pup looking fresh and clean. Also their rates are incredible for the quality of work they do.
I’m so glad that I’ve found this place. Lauren is simply amazing. My dog Maui always looks amazing after her visits to Kitten Capoodle. And she is always happy too, which is great. Everyone here is really friendly. And you can see that all dogs around their grooming area look happy and comfortable. That alone is the best sign that you are in a great grooming spot. These ladies totally know what they are doing.
Erin is amazing, and they are expanding, offering more groomers who I'm sure will be awesome! My parents have been going there for years! The dogs look so cute, so happy too.

Estas chicas son de primera. Traje a mi perro ganadero nervioso, muy anciano, que simplemente no sale mucho y la cuidaron muy bien. No me preocupé ni un poco y ella tampoco. Confío en ellos implícitamente.
Marta es la mejor! Como toda la gente de la tienda. ¡Somos muy afortunados de tener un gran negocio local prosperando aquí en Santa Cruz!

Erin es una gran peluquera. Ella siempre corta el pelaje de mi perro como a mí me gusta. De hecho, la seguí hasta aquí desde el último lugar donde trabajó (Bed and Biscuits/Groomingdales), es muy precisa. Me gusta apoyarla y continuaré.

Gracias por responder a mi reseña. Estamos de visita y necesitábamos un peluquero para llevar a nuestro perro perdiguero mientras esté aquí. Después de escuchar el mensaje en su contestador automático, en base a eso, no traería a mi mascota aquí. Soy una persona muy compasiva, especialmente con las personas neurodiversas, ya que usted dice que la persona es quien registra el mensaje de su empresa, pero ¿cómo se supone que alguien debe saber eso? Nuestras dos hijas adultas trabajan específicamente con niños neurodiversos hasta adultos. Los entendemos bien. pero cualquiera que llame a su empresa por primera vez no tendrá forma de saberlo. ¿Puedo sugerirle que utilice a otra persona para fines de servicio al cliente? Suena intensa, hostil y con exceso de trabajo. Sé que cualquiera que sea neurodiverso no pretende quedar así. Una vez más, nadie que te llame lo sabrá. Sólo una sugerencia, es asunto tuyo.
