Halo’s Dog Grooming en Victoria

Nicole is amazing. I can tell in an instant if a dog has had a good experience or not, especially my own, and it was clear from the moment I walked up to the door to get my dog that he LOVED his time with Nicole. He was happy to see me, but equally as happy to stay with her for pats and cuddles! She did a fantastic job grooming him and just as amazing a job making sure he was loved on, comfortable and happy. Thank you, Nicole!

So glad that Nicole was recommended to us by some friends. Our Lab does not like being groomed and can be pretty fussy about it. Nicole is clearly very skilled and patient, with some practice sessions she made him much more comfortable and he just had a successful grooming. Big progress already for our guy who always comes out happy after his visits with Nicole. Would definitely recommend

Nicole the owner is beyond incredible. She has so much patience and really takes the time to build trust. My frenchie has loved seeing her for years but when a little rescue senior came into my life, never having had a professional groom before I thought it would be impossible. Nicole took so much time with our little Molly and built so much trust with her I no longer needed to even stay for our appointments. Our sweet Molly was so lucky to have Nicole and be treated with such love in her last few years with us. Our dogs are so lucky to have Nicole and her independent studio where they feel so safe and cared for. We will use Nicole again and again, she is truly one of a kind.

She is super knowledgable and instantly had my dog at ease. When I picked him up I swear he’d never looked better! I highly recommend Nicole!

My senior pup absolutely hates having her nails trimmed and won’t let me do it without a huge fuss. Nicole makes her feel so comfortable that she doesn’t even realize she’s in for a nail trim. She takes the time to make sure your pup is happy, comfortable and calm before anything else, she treats your pup as if they were her own. Your best friend is in the very best hands with Nicole ❤️

Nicole is wonderful and my dog loves going to her for his grooms. It is a quaint studio within her home. She makes sure my dog is happy and calm while he is being groomed and she takes breaks as needed. She always does a wonderful job on his haircut and is very flexible with scheduling. I’d recommend Halo to anyone.

The quiet environment seems to be a great advantage for the dogs. No distractions or other dogs to be nervous of during the appointment
